Bailey James Muir is a British producer, packaging executive, and writer working across film, television, theatre, music and branded entertainment. Combining creative instinct with commercial and operational expertise, he specialises in transforming early-stage ideas into credible, market-ready projects; developing material, assembling creative teams, structuring production plans and connecting projects with talent, financiers and industry partners.

As the COO of 3RINGS over a 6-year period, Bailey helped lead an agency representing more than 300 dance artists simultaneously across television, film, theatre, music, fashion and commercial productions. Bailey also established and led the company’s Theatre, Film and Television packaging department. His work encompassed script editing and development, production budgeting, scheduling, cast and creative attachments, pitch-material creation, finance strategy, investment documentation, contracts and legal coordination.

 

He has worked on the packaging of feature films budgeted at up to £10 million, television series at up to £30 million and theatre productions at up to £10 million.

Through his talent and production work, Bailey has negotiated with and supplied creatives to major international productions and entertainment companies including Netflix, HBO, Sony, Universal, Warner, BBC, ITV, Channel 4 & Bally's Las Vegas.

As a creative producer and director, Bailey has delivered commissioned campaigns featuring brands including Waterstones, LUSH, Boots, New Look, River Island, JD, Krispy Kreme and H&M.

Now developing an independent slate across film, television and theatre, Bailey brings together the perspectives of a producer, writer, talent representative, creative director and business operator. His strength lies in seeing both the creative potential of a project and the practical route required to realise it, building the material, relationships, strategy and commercial foundations needed to move ambitious ideas towards production.
